- 論題
- From Shipbuilding to Drones: Industrial Transformation and Innovation in Odense
- 報告者
- Robert LADIG (Faculty of Engineering, University of Southern Denmark)
- 概要
- Odense's transition from shipbuilding to robotics offers a case study in regional economic transformation. This talk explores how university-industry collaboration, knowledge transfer and shared testing infrastructure support the development of a robotics and drone cluster. Drawing on ongoing research at the University of Southern Denmark in groundwater mapping and autonomous industrial inspection, I will illustrate emerging technical capabilities and their potential commercial applications. Together with an overview of Denmark's planned regulatory changes from 2027, these examples provide a starting point for discussing productivity, barriers to adoption and the development of new markets for drone services.
