研究活動＜概要＞
国際経営と日本におけるヒト・モノ・カネ
これまで複数の研究プログラムを実施してきたが、以下ではその中で中心となった3点について述べる。
合併と買収に関する諸研究であるプロジェクトは、次のような調査・研究を行っている。
(1) 海外企業によって合併・買収される日本企業はどのぐらい成功しているのかを調査する。
(2) 戦略的な合併・買収の動向を調査する一方で、財務的な投資家についても調査を実施している。
(3) 日本の被買収企業の社員はどのような態度を示すのかを調べている。
