We will be holding the 100th Anniversary Celebration of RIEB on Sunday, 13th of October as scheduled as it is most likely the Typhoon Hagibis will not have a big impact on Kobe/ Kansai area on Sunday.
For those who will be traveling from the area affected by the typhoon, please consider your safety as the most important issue.

The Ceremony and the reception of the 100th Anniversary Celebration of RIEB are scheduled on this Sunday, 13th of October. The typhoon Hagibis might cause issues to the Kobe / Kansai area and public transports this weekend. We will consider attendees' safety and will make an announcement on this page by noon on 12th of October if we have to cancel or reschedule the event with regret due to the severe weather.
