About Kanematsu Prize
In 1993, the Institute established the Kanematsu Fellowship by setting up a committee jointly with Kanematsu Corporation and the Kanematsu Foundation for the Research of Foreign Trade. The purpose of this fellowship is to provide scholarships for graduate students who wrote high-quality paper in economics, management, and accounting. The Institute advertises for submissions of papers every year. In 2025, there were 33 applicants and 5 prize winner.
*The name of "Kanematsu Fellowship", which was started from FY1993, was changed to "Kanematsu Prize" from FY2018
