How to get there
Walking from Hankyu Rokko Station (about 20 minutes up hill)
By bus: Take Bus No.36 from Rokko michi Station (JR, or from Hankyu Rokko Station) to the North. Bus stop: “Seimon Mae” station. Then walk up the hill about 500 meters to Shinkan building (located behind Kanematsu Kinen-kan building)
