Submission Procedure

• Papers can only be submitted electronically via paper submission form on the this website.
• Papers will be considered on the understanding that they are original, unpublished, and not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. Papers that address issues in line with the aims and scope of the Review will be subject to anonymous peer review.
• Authors are invited to submit a full paper written in English.
• The program committee uses a double blind review process. To promote anonymous review, please do not contain any author information and acknowledgments in your paper submission.
• No submission fee will be charged.
• If you are having troubles with submitting a paper through paper submission form, please email your paper directly to tjar_conference@rieb.kobe-u.ac.jp
  When you do so, please make sure that you include all the information such as "Title of Paper", "Submitting Author", "Co-author Information", and "Submission Pattern Preference" as well as "Presentation Format".
