Trade between Mercosul and Japan toward Perspectives of an Agreement （メルコスル・日本貿易協定の可能性） |
| 概要 (Abstract) |
メルコスル（アルゼンチン、ブラジル、パラグアイ、ウルグアイ）と日本の貿易関係は一次産品と工業品の交易というパターンが定着し、拡大はしているのもの、相対的なシェアは低い。本報告ではメルコスルと日本の間の貿易関係強化のため
のイニシアティブの経緯を検証しつつ、貿易関係の発展を妨げる両側の要因を分析し、投資協力や技術協力を含む広義の貿易協定の可能性を考える。 The trade relationship between Mercosur (including Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay) and Japan has been stabilized exchanging primary commodities and industrialized products but quantitatively declining in terms of market shares. In this presentation, while examining various initiatives for strengthening trade relationships, we will analyze factors immobilizing trade development and consider possibilities of an agreement in broad sense including investment environment and technical cooperation. |
