| 概要： (Abstract) |
はじめに、小国の1国応用一般均衡モデルを説明する。その上で、全国を9地域・47都道府県に分割した地域間応用一般均衡モデルの概要を紹介する。その上で、このモデルを用いた分析例として、地域ごとの社会資本整備の効果を分析する。そこでは、社会資本整備がなされた当該地域の生産・消費だけでなく、近隣地域への波及効果を含めて分析する。 |

空間的応用一般均衡モデルを用いた自然災害の経済被害推定 Economic Damage Assessment of Catastrophe by using Spatial Computable General Equilibrium Analysis |
| 概要： (Abstract) |
The economic damage of catastrophe is substantial. Not only does it affect the regional economy, but it is also a national issues. In order to manage a nationwide risk management policy, we should understand the interregional distribution of economic damages. The Spatial Computable General Equilibrium (SCGE) Model has clearly shown the interregional propagation of damage from catastrophe. This paper reports the result of economic damage in catastrophe cases by using the SCGE Model. Our model can assess the effect from the damages of not only the transport network but also the fiscal social capital stocks. From the SCGE model result, we can evaluate to the disaster privation policy. For instance, the redundancy effect of transport network is illustrated by the quantitative measure. |
