「ECBの金融政策と安定成長協定〜ユーロ圏経済の見通しを踏まえて〜」 (ECB's monetary policy and Stability and Growth Pact) |
| 概要： (Abstract) |
ECB（欧州中銀）は昨年12月、0.25%の利上げを決定した（レポ金利2.00%→2.25％）。ECBの政策金利の変更は、実に2年半ぶりである。本報告では、金融市場における「中銀ウォッチャー」の観点から、今回の利上げの背景と今後の見通しについて、ECBの金融政策ストラテジーと足下のユーロ圏の実体経済動向を踏まえた上で論じる。さらに、ユーロ導入国の財政規律を定めた「安定成長協定」について、昨年3月以降の規定緩和の現状を解説すると共に、それがECBの金融政策に与える影響についても考察する。 ECB (European Central Bank) determined to raise its repo rate by 0.25 points (from 2.00% to 2.50%) last December. From the viewpoint of an “ECB Watcher” in financial markets, I would clarify the background of its rate decision and present our outlook of the Euro area economy as well as ECB’s monetary policy. In addition, I would try to follow the re-arrangement of SGP (Stability and Growth Pact) since last March and find its affect on ECB’s policy. |
